Lars Pedersen arrived in Perth, Australia in the mid 1980’s and spent the next decade exploring Western Australia. He moved to North Queensland in 1998 and has been a resident of Port Douglas ever since.

Lars’ background is in the Hospitality industry, and he was self employed, running a small retail business in Port Douglas for 5 years prior to moving into the real estate industry. He has gained an extensive knowledge of the region and built a rapport with the local people during his time in Port.

With his enthusiasm and drive to succeed, he has already proven to both his property owners and tenants alike, that through hard work and going that extra step he will achieve most satisfactory results for all parties, as shown when Lars won the local Douglas Business Award (Best Individual Real Estate Rental Property Agent).
