Matthew was excellent in his provision of property information, listening to my requirements and arranging multiple consecutive inspections on listings he thought would be of interest.  He also anticipated information that would be required and followed up once it was provided to ensure I was satisfied with the response.  He also ensured that contractual conditions to enable bidding and purchase and auction were consistent with my needs under difficult circumstances.
