Monica has lived in the local area for 40 years. She was self employed running a small retail business in Port Douglas for 15 years prior to moving into Real Estate. She has been a Senior Property Manager with the business since 2004.

Monica has extensive knowledge of the region and has built a rapport with the local people during this time. The Property Shop Property Management team has received several awards under Monica’s guidance, and she has built the portfolio to now 400 properties.
