Gets the deal done very professionally.  A deal gets done when the right midpoint is reached where both seller and buyer come to satisfactory agreement. Rosie was the agent for the seller, and acted throughout of course in the best interest of the seller. However, she was excellent at keeping me the buyer engaged, treated with respect, hard working at answering my many queries promptly and finally finding that midpoint to seal the deal for both seller and buyer.
