Lars Pedersen has over a decade of experience with Property Shop, starting with our agency in Sales, and then as Manager at our Mossman office overseeing Property Management and a large portfolio of properties. He has an extensive knowledge of the region and built a rapport with the local people during his time in the district. With his enthusiasm and drive to succeed, he has already proven to both his property owners and tenants alike, that through hard work and going that extra step he will achieve most satisfactory results for all parties. Lars was the winner and recipient of the local Douglas Business Award for Best Individual Real Estate Rental Property Agent.

Lars moved to Port Douglas in 1998 starting out in the Hospitality industry, and he was self employed running a small retail business in Port Douglas for 5 years, prior to moving into the real estate industry. Like many visitors to our area he fell in love with the area and has made Port Douglas his home.
